good wifi great selection quality food

the lobby offered good wifi. i found ample space there. the breakfast buffet included a great selection of fresh food. the room service food matched restaurant quality.

the air conditioning in the room was somewhat loud, which i did notice.

mixed experience, some issues noted

minibar charge poor communication

the ocean view from the room was acceptable.

I had some issues . there was an unexpected charge for minibar items i did not use, i found this quite frustrating. the stingray bar was also a let down. One bartender was unwelcoming and looked inconvenienced by our presence.

the bed was very fluffy and comfy.

I arrived just before the check-in time, but my room wasn't ready. I was told i would receive a call when it was available. they called about thirty minutes later, that was quite a wait.

mixed Feelings About the Stay

self serve low standard

the bed was comfortable after a long day.

i was quite disappointed by a few aspects the high tea was not up to standard with self serve options. the sweet selections were not individual i found bowls of lollies present. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed calibre.
